I've just cleaned the car.

And decided that the veggie beds need a DFA (as in they need reducing in size and number). I can't keep on top of the weeding

What you need are weeding parties. Start a barbecue in your veg plot, invite all your friends and hand out tools as well as food and drink, the more weeds they remove the more food and drink they get.

A weeding party at Hop Towers would consist of an inspection of said weeds, a ride to the pub to discuss said weeds then once home contemplation of said weeds whilst drinking more beer.
