Omg even I go further than thatI'm home.
It was only 11 miles but it was glorious out there. I did a bit of off roading too along a bridlepath i have never travelled before but certainly will again.
I need to swap my saddles over with my road bike. I forgot how damn uncomfortable this saddle was.
I'm up and dressed and have done the washing up, but decided that another coffee was more of a priority than a walk.I'm home.

Well done wimps, you'll soon be back to your best and able to squeeze into your lycra again without frightening the wildlife
Hope you're keeping up with the walking and eating if you're still heading this way in June. Idiot Dog is looking forward to spending time with someone who doesn't stop every five minutes to take a photo...If today was anything to go by i should be back to my 30-40 milers by the end of next summer then back to my 50 milers in 2018 just ready for retirement.
Slooooow progress but progress just the same. I can't rush my recovery but it's good to know i can do my favourite ride at least.
@hopless500 get those pedals turning, you need to practice for 2 days of cycling to and from the Folk and Ale festival in July.
