When packing for a tour, the more panniers you put on, the more gear you will take.
How many touring bikes do you see with one pannier, or three, or a big one at the back and a small one at the front?
We like them to look pretty and balanced. We will find gear to put in them, even if we dont need it and then complain its too heavy.

The more children you take the more panniers you have and also I dont complain about weight as the biggest small person has the trailer
I managed to poisen myself last night, the pate was in date by ages... but after 2 slices of toast and pate I was a poorly sick person till the wee hours of the morning...

Like every Republican(Tory) government in the United States, Tell you how they're saving you, the taxpayer, money by doing nothing. Like the governor in the State of Illinois. He tells the majority Democratic legislature that he's not going to pass a budget until the state is redistricted, and labor unions pretty much nullified. So 10 months in, and no budget. No better grasp of democracy, on his part, either.
