It's a wet day, but it was forecast here. I've saved up all my indoor jobs. Hope it dries up later though, so tomorrow's ride isn't too mucky.

It looks like I've progressed to full on man flu. After the morning rain the suns out and its bright and warm, ideal for a bike ride, or for taking my Good Lady out somewhere nice in the car. Instead I'm stuck indoors with the blinds closed because the bright sun is hurting my eyes and bringing on sneezing fits.

Yep i feel my health problems of the last few months have finally turned a corner.

I may even get the road bike out next week
