Maybe add a few more carrots, parsnips, leeks, and potatoes, and boil them up to make a nice soup. that'll do the trick!

Me too, haven't been out on the bike all week!! And the coughing, there isn't even anyone around to cough over.

I pulled a muscle in my back from coughing so much which means constant backache and patchy sleep
