At work we have a rat problem. People leave chocolate biscuits and crisps etc.. lying around so they have been partying. Mr pest controller has been around a few times and the poison and traps appear to be working. However a couple of guys have been taking up part of the canteen floor and have found bodies so clearly the poison really is working. Shame we have to do it but they cause so much trouble especially when they leave their poo everywhere, not a good environment to work in.

Lucky you I keep forgetting to screw down the traps. The traps keep disappearing. Then 3 legged rats take the p*ss by running past me.

I hate rats they eat the Apple pulp from cider making which I mix with the chainsaw chippings to make top compost... as long they don't nick it.

I think we are about on top of it now. Just seems a coincidence that they arrived around the same time the new people took over in the property next door and the yard is a mess, a haven for rats. Personally I would have called the environment dept of the council and complained about our neighbours but apparently that is just silly, it so much easier to spend a fortune on traps and keep calling the pest controller to our building
