I've just been reading the news - depressing and it ain't going to get a lot better.

Mundane news..... I've just pickled 3 kg of onions (Large jar for the Viking residence and a smaller jar for my mum).....

Not so mundane news....... I put a teaspoon of chilli flakes in our jar for extra zing............
