I got rid of a couple of cobwebs today
We finally decided to leave the cobwebs undisturbed today and go out and enjoy ourselves.

I once put my foot through the floor of a dinghy on Earlswood Lakes of a school sailing trip. We I agreed I'd try some different sports after that.then drove out to the Earlswood Plant Centre and treated my good lady to Lunch in their Cafe, /
You will let us know who wins.I just walked into the bathroom to find Hover fly crouched over, with a mug from work floating in the bath. It turns out that he, the boss and one of the volunteers (a highly qualified naval architect) have a challenge to sail a mug across the model boat pond at work.
My house seems to be a magnet for cobwebs. Still at least the spiders get rid of flies in the summer
I've been fishing at Earlswood lakes before
Know what you mean. I watched The Dam Busters again the other day. Wouldn't want to live beneath that thing. We came past the lake today, I always find it a bit unsettling driving, or riding down the road that goes past the the dam, I can't help glancing at the big earth bank on one side of the road and think about the amount of water behind it.

Anyone thinking about cycling in the Forest of Dean any time soon needs to get their rear into gear quickly. The bluebells in Soudley Woods are getting very near their best show right now. I reckon they'll be past their best (or overtaken by ferns) by next weekend. If you ride up through Soudley and turn towards Mallards Pike (lake) there will be a fantastic show of bluebells for a mile or two - second to none I've ever seen. It's a lovely ride with lots of road routes or forest trails you can divert onto.
Derwent Reservoir seems to be more in danger, it seems....Know what you mean. I watched The Dam Busters again the other day. Wouldn't want to live beneath that thing.
