The bargain shop here sells multi piece metal dental cleaning kits like the dentist tortures you with on a hygenist visit for 99p. It even has one of those mirrors on a stick. Comes without a dental nurse though
The last thing on my mind when someone is sticking instruments of torture into me is whether the person wielding them is attractive or not!

I have had 15 months of having needles stuck in my arm, only once by a male nurse, and I couldn't tell you what any of the other nurses looked like other than that they were all white and female!

I had to have a wisdom tooth out In february. Took my dentist an hour to get it out. She was pulling and drilling away like a demon.
I accompanied my ex to have a wisdom tooth out a couple of years ago. I thought she was being remarkably nonchalant when she went into the surgery, but she clearly hadn't foreseen the ordeal ahead!

I waited, and waited and ... after about 35 minutes she staggered out looking thoroughly sick! She paid her bill, then I had to half carry her into the fresh air, plonk her on a bench and prop her up as she was close to fainting.

Handy tip: If you are having a big tooth out, don't get it done by a small dentist who doesn't have the strength to do it quickly! :eek:xx(:laugh:

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
@ColinJ I have hooks on the ends of my teeth and tneya are always hard to take out. She actually damaged a nerve in my cheek. It is stilla a bit numb sometimes, she also managed to burst a blood vessel in my gum from using the tools of torture. Its still not quite healed.

but it didn't hurt and I even drove home afterwards.

If you ever come across a dentist called ********* *****, you have my permission to fell him on the spot.

His nickname at Newcastle Dental Hospital was Buck Rogers.... because he passed it at the earliest opportunity, but sadly not before causing permanent and irreversible damage to my molars and gums.
