The remaining 6 hours before bed are going to be well and truly mundane. I'm not going to do a thing, not going to even think about anything DIY or exercise related.
5 hours shopping yesterday, carpets now laid on the landing, stairs, boiler cupboard, toilet and bathroom, vegetables prepared first thing this morning, new light fitted on the landing and finally an hour on the bike.
Mundane is the order of the day from this point forward.
