Opened the door to one of the top cupboards in the kitchen this afternoon, something fell out and I bent down and picked it up, when I stood up I found out the door swung too, I now have a lump on my head like a duck egg.

Did you damage the cupboard door?

No, for once I'd brought decent quality kit and it didn't move a mm, with some of the stuff we'd brought in the past the door would have fallen off.

I've just been out to the car and its raining like Noah's just finishing his ark in Coventry, I suspect tomorrows bike ride will be cancelled.

Hideous here today, and not looking good tomorrow either. But we've got 80 miles to do, so I guess we'll just have to get wet

Once you are wet through, that's it, wet wise it gets no worse. If you get cold, up the effort. You'll love it.

Got the Wymondham 100 next Sunday, so need to get a decent ride in tomorrow.
