What you done this time?

A few months ago the machine threw its belt off and worked the drum pulley loose, had the mechanic out and he fixed it, now its thrown the belt again.

Been there done that, the mechanic has been and the machine is beyond economical repair, the splines on the spindle have stripped and its part of the drum assembly and can't be changed separately so the machine needs a new drum assembly, that's going to cost more than the machines worth so I'm in the market for a new machine.
