Bt have sent me an email saying that if I renew my contract for another 12 months, they will send me a brand new bt home hub4 that is supposed to be even better than the old hub I have at the moment. All I have to pay is delivery. consequently, I have renewed with BT. I will be expecting my new hub shortly. Whoowhooooo
