I once had an ECG appointment at 4pm on Christmas Eve, only to be told that the results wouldn't be back until the New Year!!

Gravel (my younger son - he's 22 and a medical student) has broken his foot playing rugby. He's just been for an Xray and was asked by the triage nurse if there was any chance that he was pregnant.

He's got two small fractures - they are glaringly obvious - have another look

My butler was right about your butler being a great pedicurist. Your son's toe nails are beautifully trimmed.

Yep if you look at the end bone on the big toe, there's a fracture on the spur of bone on the bottom lhs. There's also a small fracture starting at the top of the end bone - you can just see a small notch at the end.

Any fule could have spotted that.
