I have this problem too, 28mm tyres leave very little room - I had to design and print my own, then use rubber (pond rubber) to link the bottom bit to the upper part. the front gear change is so close to the wheel/frame, this part needs to flex
it all works well other than I have to let the tyre down to remove or fit - thats how close it is
and this is the 3d design model from the other side which hopefully shows how it attaches. glued an M4 into the bit that goes through the chain stay bridge, this allows me to attach it without any bolt head fowling the tyre, it is very secure and solid, it can't be accidentally moved
