Its not made Cycling/Velo news yet Norwegian Media are reporting he has signed for Cervelo. Silence Lotto have signed Bernard Kohl who was rumoured to be another Cervelo signing, is a good signing for Lotto as is Sebastian Lang shows that Lotto still fancy Cadel to win a Tour and are beefing up the squad.

Ben Swift has a provisional agreement to sign a 2 year contract with Katyusha, could be very good for him given who is on the team and the experience he will get riding some of the big races.

Rebellin and Bettini linked with new European team;

Another new European team may be in the works with the main title sponsors TelTeck and the International H2O Society, a humanitarian association based in Montreal, Canada. The team will be announced next week during the cycling world championships in Varese, Italy. The main objective of the program is a project for humanity, and the highlight of the story is the pending signing of reigning world champion Paolo Bettini, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Good to see a new sponsor entering the sport, I think.
