Yesterday the mrs and I decided to go out on a spin as the sun was out. Having a good ride. After ten miles decided to stop and have a walk. (My back still isn't strong enought yet core exercises are helping a lot) went to set off.... Puncture, I thought it would be a good idea to leave the repair stuff at home. As we where only planning on a quick 8 mile loop anyway she was going to go get the car as I carried on pushing the bike, anyway she bought her front wheel as I later requested. So I could finsh my ride, right now I can change her bontrager connection trail with my hands no levers required!!!. Now I'm not sure quite how old my rock hopper is but the dirt comp tyres front of which was the flatty took me an age to remove, so I've decided to get some bontrager cruzier tyres as I spend most time on the road as these any good I got them for £8 the pair! As I'm hoping they are easy to change?! Thanks in advance !!!! Merry Christmas

They are easy if you get the knack of rolling them on with your thumbs, just make sure the rest of the bead or Kevlar is sat in the centre of the rim to make it easier.
