Change your route, buy some new kit, find a friend to cycle with, buy a cycling magazine.

Sadly MoJo's tend to hide in different places each time, and have different favourite hiding places for different people. Hence there is no one answer - just keep looking.

That's a good tip. I've been enjoying my commute so much more now I vary my route home. There are 2 roads though my village (north/south and east/west), and in the last week I've got home via all of them! :-)

I can't seem to get motivated to go out on the bike.

Just look at yourself you fat g1t. Have you seen the state of ya? You're so fat that you sweat when walk to the fridge for another cold beer. Bet you can't see your toes.

Your wife is cheating on you (more likely to if you've gone one) and your kids are embarrased to be seen with you (likewise).
