Do what you enjoy doing. If you're losing motivation to cycle, it's because you don't really enjoy it. I love cycling, so I always look for new ways to stop it going stale. It just so happens to be that I also don't have to change that much because I just enjoy it that much.
For you, you need to find a form of exercise that you love doing, without the need for external pep talks. We can all tell you what to do but only YOU will do it if you want to. Maybe your thing would be sailing. Football. Swimming. Hell, you may not like sports period. That's ok.
