We own a telly but I haven't seen one yet either!

That's because you're glued to the computer.

Personally I turn the sound off the second the ads arrive, so I miss virtually everything.

Do what I do and watch everything on 'Chase Play'. I never watch ads any more I just skip past them. It also means that I can pause the programme I'm watching to answer the phone, visit the fridge etc.
