That car you pictured might have gone there. It looks like the colour coded bumper has been swapped for one with a different shade.

The bonnet looks to be several shades of yellow as well .

Anytime I look at a used car and find the tyres have been blackened I turn my heel and walk away. Nothing makes a car look more like it's been hastily tarted up than that.

I have done. Even if they were expensive i'd still put cable ties on. Not just for the fall off possibility,but also to stop someone taking them off 'for a laugh'.

As you've secured your wheel trims with cable ties, do make sure that you have some means of removing them in the car, in case you get a puncture.
