Misleading information from BT.

I wouldn't use BT again after they lied to me after I cancelled my broadband contract a few years ago. They had been taking too much money from me by DD and owed me over £100. Said they would refund me in the next payment run but didn't. I phoned again, what a lengthy painful process that was, and yet again I was promised prompt payment which again never happened.
I finally got through to a complaints section and said that I was getting legal advice and then my refund appeared.

Yeah but BT wouldn't know that so they're not lying. Although I don't see anywhere that they offer both through a package. You sure you're not paying twice?

I am not the type of person to pay twice for the same thing so, no.

ok so all they are saying is you can access prime, netflix and AMC at one glance through their box. Which is true. but you can also do that with a virgin media box, so their claim that you can only do it with BT is BS
