Thanks for all the replies, been busy during weekend. I don't remember any trauma occurred to my right leg. I have no pain in other sports, I even played football actively for couple of years (no injures). It may be born like that or something happened before I have a memory. Realign the leg is good but I am hesitate on that and my wife will never allow it^_^ . Tried all kinds, flat, toe clip without strap, clipless. Both clip and clipless retain the right foot but causes uncomfortable. I will take a note of those specialists mentioned here but I may go with a GP first
You'll almost certainly need a GP referral regardless of whether you go NHS or private for a specialist consultation

Try to make a proper measurement of your leg at home. There is a difference between true length and apparent length. You can find how to do it on line. See your GP armed with that information. Tell the GP that your leg measurements are not equal, that is if they are not equal. GP will then refer to an Orthopaedic surgeon for further investigations. This will at least reassure you that either you have or do not have leg length issue.

If he is anything like my GP you will get told 'it's old age' at 39 and 'if it hurts when you do activity, don't do activity'. I ended up going elsewhere, having surgery and getting my life back.
Hi what kind of surgery you had if you don't mind? How much was it? Asking because I don't have private medical covered.

I had a discectomy on two prolapsed discs. Basically, they opened up my back, moved 'some stuff' out of the way and then cut out two thirds of each disc and stuck me together again. I tried lots of non-surgical solutions first. I don't think this what I had is related to what you may have, but it certainly resulted in leg length difference as my body adapted to get away from the pain. Basically when I stood up I was a C shape with one hip jutted out. Total cost was about 10K which a large part of that covered by private health.
