The Aldi bike stand is a bit flimsy, I spent a bit more a couple of years ago and bought this, it's been brilliant, really well made, I've used it for all my rebuild projects.

I can recommend the floor pump as well. I'm still using one that I bought several years ago.

Iv been using one for a year now and it’s a very efficient pump but the gauge goes up to something silly like 150psi so when I’m inflating to 60 it’s quite hard to see the increments. 100psi tops would be better.

Do you know if they're any good? I don't really have space for one, but I can't do anything that needs the bike off the ground.

had one for a good few years , more than up to the job, it just does what it says on the tin so to speak.

The one I got in 2018 is a 5-leg jobby and not at all flimsy. It's done a fair bit of work!

The Crivit LED lights are worth buying. I've been using them for the past two years. The front one gets mistaken for a motor vehicle light and the rear one lasts ages between charges.

agree about the ones that fit onto the same mount as used by Smart and B&M - both the battery and USB front - have ridden through the night and the Dunwich Dynamo on them. Will give the latest one a miss though - appears to use the rubber band approach - would tolerate in a Cateye if spare mounts were available but they won't be with this.

seems cheaper than I remember it.
I do have a Lidl stand in addition to my other one - it's excellent if a bit clunky.

you surprise me - mine, bought from an Italian Lidl, exploded pretty much the first time I used it.

That Lidl also infamously sold the self-unravelling merino socks and disintegrating helmets.

The store's order clerk was sacked for making a fusili mistakes
