Mech Hanger Calibre Bossnut (and general)

Can anyone recommend a good mech hanger firm to supply one to replace a chipped (yes chipped, more in a minute) Calibre Bossnut (2018 I think, bought 2nd hand) one please?

So I fettled with gears for a while before realising that the SLX derailleur isn't properly engaging with the mech hanger, because the mech hanger has a chip on it. Which is probably because someone - previous owner or my son - banged it! Never heard of one chipping before, and worried about quality, so after recommendations please! I can find some e.g. Magbikes and Rear Mech Hangers, Go Outdoors don't stock one suitable as far as I can see - the Calibre Bossnut model is later. Can't match the model on Wheels Manufacturing!

Cheers, the plot thickens a bit with direct v standard mount which confuses the hell out of me with “direct mount derailleur hangers” which with a hanger the derailleurs can’t be direct mount (what am I missing??)

This is the set up - I can see it has a B link (derailleur set up standard) but not sure if whoever converted it used a direct mount hanger ie not set up right, and if I need a standard or direct mount hanger. Totally confused!!

Might be worth bothering BETD - they seem to have a pretty significant selection..
