Well, that camera is it's big brother, so to speak. Depends how crazy you are, I hear that some of the HDCAMs aren't that much thesedays. The scaling down to a helmet camera is very interesting though.

If he sells the scanner he'll be able to convert the space into a HD editing studio and spend his entire day doing that so there'd be no problems on that front.
