Hairdryer to heat, pick off, then lighter fluid (for zippo etc) to remove residue.

I reiterate the work hard to get it off intact methods, as above. I find WD40 is the best for removing the sticky residue if you don't manage it though.

Are you sure its the manufacturer's sticker or is it the sticker that the bike shop applies. Simiilar to what cars have from the garage. so that they can see it was sold by them or another form of sticker reffering to type of frame or BB. I have never seen a manufacturers sticker before apart for the one mentioned regarding frame number which is usually hidden under the BB if its a carbon frame, manufacturers names are usually part of the paint scheme
