Dunno if you're a fan of Alexei Sayle or not (I am)
In his "Imaginary Sandwich Bar" radio series (both series avail to listen to here) he talks a wee bit in one of the progs about his love of cycling.
He makes sure the audience knows what a MAMIL is, then describes himself as a PUFFIN
Pathetic Unfit Fat F*ck*er In Nappies (the latter referring to padding in shorts)

Made me laugh, anyway!

I like Alexei, he always comes across well in interviews, he has an interesting view of the world, his parents were fully paid up communists during the Cold War. And his childhood holidays were spent behind the iron curtain. Must have been very odd for a small boy.

Alexei Sayles Pirate Video used to have me in stitches - My Mum never understood it. Even the Dr Martens boots unity song me and my mate would be rolling around on the floor. I had this on Betamax, The YT videos suggests Alexei Sayle has the only known copy of it now. I suppose at18 it had a certain appeal used to re-watch almost weekly under the influence

Going by the bit I just watched on YT still makes me laugh to this day although some of that could be nostalgia.

He did a series on Capital Radio about a million years ago, Alexei Sayle and The Fish People. It was as funny as one of those words that gets filtered. Can you imagine that children, Capital Radio playing stuff other than 24/7 chart hits?
