All I will say is I have written Wills for people who bought yachts by fixing the mistakes of amateur lawyers.

Sorry to hear that. Of course, mistakes happen even with professionally drafted Wills. However there was the prospect of claiming back for the results of that mistake from whoever wrote the original Will. That's the reason they have insurance.
