The Park Tool book is excellent, but you need the website for up to date information. When I bought both of them, at around the same time, the Haynes manual was the more up to date - it covered Campag Ultra Torque chainsets, for example, whereas the Park Tool book didn't (both earlier editions than the current ones), and you had to go online for the Park Tool information. You could always print the 'new' pages and keep them in a folder of course.

I wouldn't get the Haynes manual if I were you, I've got one and I very quickly found it too basic. I tend to use the web, there is plenty of sites out there that'll give you all the info you need. The only thing I haven't found is how to service my Fox rear shock.
