You don't need a spin bike at home - you just fit your bike to a turbo trainer.

Soon I hope to get another custom bike made and am considering Woodrups who are close to York. However my most recent custom bike was built by Roberts of Croydon. It was perfect from day one.

I was chatting to the youngest of the Woodrup family yesterday. I'd make a move on getting a frame built sooner rather than later as they are contemplating putting up their prices for the first time in seven or eight years.
