Looks like a plate full of WIN!
Okay, here's one you could try - baked sweet potato!

I like to have black pepper, olive oil and soy sauce on mine but you might prefer to skip that. There are all sorts of spicy sauces you could use if you wanted to fire them up a bit.
I must confess to rather liking that, but it is slightly too expensive for me. Sometimes they have it on special offer for about £1 a bottle and I do buy it at that price. One could suggest Gaz buys some Reggae Reggae sauce to help the taste buds!
Yes, and if Gaz wanted to really hot it up, he could add some finely chopped fiery chillis to the bottle! It would be a good way of giving most new savoury things a familar taste though
He looked down at his desk, and there it was! (he must have left it there earlier?)Way to go Gaz
How did you find the apple?
I bought some raisins yesterday as a little snackfood, also some Brazil nuts and a cranberry and nut mix.
Got to be better than chocolate and crisp.

I bought some peanuts as my snack. Er, wrapped in chocolate (Snickers bar)!
Gaz - if you're looking for a place with healthy snacks; try Unicorn in Chorlton - lots of dried fruit and stuff (and a different Bombay mix!).
Actually I stone it from someone else's desk :-)

What, if you don't like something, stand back and lob bricks at it?Typical Tameside behaviour
