Chainsaw oil here too. I have a silent chain and it doesn't attract too much dirt.
Nice and water repellant too as I found out last week.

what i use all year round after a good weekly clean with degreaser and gt85 i mickle the chain with the green stuff and it last all week in normally conditions if i have two days of wet rides (4 rides ) i'll re apply and i have chains lasting 3/3500 miles easyFinish Line Green (cross country), designed for wet mtb action, tends to survive wet radie days pretty well.
Does not compute.what i use all year round after a good weekly clean with degreaser and gt85 i mickle the chain with the green stuff and it last all week in normally conditions if i have two days of wet rides (4 rides ) i'll re apply and i have chains lasting 3/3500 miles easy
clean the chain in degreaser rinse and then spray to remove water then i clean the cassette the same way after that i then regrease with finsh wet lube ( green bottle)Does not compute.
That's not mickling though. Trust me I know.clean the chain in degreaser rinse and then spray to remove water then i clean the cassette the same way after that i then regrease with finsh wet lube ( green bottle)
