Gentle ride into town for a picnic date, something came up for her very last minute so gentle ride home, then went for a 16 mile spin whilst i had the time free . Nice to see a bit of sunshine here in Derby at last. What did everyone else do (on yer bikes)?

It is, starts off a tad nippy, the temp stayed right for me today, jersey and shorts and wasn't sweating at any point, but wasn't cold. Hopefully a sign of more to come.

A lovely 30 miler around the beautiful Lincolnshire wolds. My first proper ride this year. (I can't hack the cold weather due to a medical condition.)

Was working from home today but had a few hours off for my dinner and snuck in a quick 25 miles around the west lancs country roads. Gorgeous out there today but think it will be miserable again tomorrow.

Pastie, chips & beans - £3.
Coffee and a chat with some CTC guys in the sunshine.
Rode back home...

Err ... someone forgot to send the sun this direction - though it was nice and mild - I cycled home in my long sleeved T-shirt.

I was dressed for the work bound commute at 4.45am in winter tights and long sleeve shirt and jacket, was well overdressed coming home, was good though, back to reality tomorrow?

was lovely. rode home with waterproof open and fleece zip down as far as i could. was lovely and warm . shame the temp is gonna dip over the weekend
