Got a nice 1/4" torque wrench for my birthday and I've been looking around for some Allen headed sockets for use with it. None of the usual suspects like Halfrauds, Machine Mart etc. seemed to have what I wanted but eventually a local tool specialist found these gorgeous German Inhex sockets from Stahlwille:

as well as this nice little 1/4" to 3/8" adaptor, which means I can use my regular socket set with the torque wrench:

Not cheap at all but you know what they say: the quality is remembered long after the cost is forgotten.

Thought the bike bodgers on here might be interested.

I got this torque wrench as recommended by somebody else on CC: http://www.totalcycling.com/index.php/product/norbar_4_20.html

Those Ebay hex sockets are certainly cheap but you get a set of seven in 1/4" drive, five in 3/4" and one in 1/2" drive, which I've already got. I only needed 1/4" drive and despite searching the web I couldn't find anything. I got 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm and the adaptor, but mine cost a bit more than £9.50!
