Loud creaking noise ever time I peddle?

I had this a few weeks ago. It was a bit of muck getting into the bottom bracket. Took it apart, cleaned the threads on both sides with brake cleaner, regreased all the bits lightly and then reassembled it...sorted

Tyres cut to ribbons and brake blocks are pretty obvious examples. Fail to clean and lube it much and you could wear a chain out. Ride with a worn chain and you will soon have cogs worn. Ride in wet and dirty conditions a lot, and indulge in comfort braking, and you could wear out a light rim.
Not fit for purpose then. ;)

In addition to occasionally greasing the pedal shaft threads, in recent months I've been spraying grease on the pedal springs (they're SPD pedals), and I think this also helps reduce the noises. I think this is pretty effective, as long as you clean the pedals weekly, because the grease does tend to attract a little bit of dirt.

is dusty bin a troll ? or somebody with anger management issues as they sure do love an argument.

any way creaks could be anything. it might be a warranty issue it might not . a crack in the frame from new can cause a creak. then a scream and a groan when it gives way under load .

a decent LBS will have a look at it if its in warranty.

I would probably let out a scream and a groan if it gave way under load.
As if to illustrate, I had creaking on my used Electra Townie, tightened crankarm bolts and all was well. Had those odd ones one tightens with an allen wrench. It is an aluminum frame, so it was hard for me to figure where the sound originally was coming from. When I realized it was only when I was pedaling with effort, I was able to deduce that the crankarms were the culprit.

I had a similar sound, thought it was the bottom bracket, but that we still spinning fine (slip the chain off the small chainring, spin the pedals while holding the frame, if you feel nothing, it's still good). Took the crank arms off, and greased it, all sorted.

You only need a very small amount of metal on metal movement to make a horrific noise, as said before, check everything like the seat, pedals etc before ripping into the BB!

Tighten the bolts on your largest chain ring. That was a problem on mine and solved within 30 seconds.
