Yup I am a 9 and medium is spot on for me.

The best cycling socks I own are from Aldi, hugely much better than all others from Endura, Assos, Decathlon, DHB, Castelli, (I'll stop the list there - feck me do I really own that many socks!!). Grab as many pairs as you need the next time they are for sale.

Went and fondled Evans quite large selection - all too thick and nylony, will try DeFeet as recommended

Decathlon charge £4 for shipping, although it would cost me much more to get to one of their stores!

I got about 20 pairs for my birthday last year. They've lasted well and still fit great.

I dont know why but on very hot days last year with Aldi socks the top of my foot would become sore with other socks on hotter days it isn't a problem Never ever suffered from sore feet in the cold north

I just but thin, medium and thick cheap sports socks from Chavsports and they seem to do the trick. Nowt special.
