Looking for off road GPS Cycle routes in Shropshire/North Wales

Hello All,
I'm looking for Circular off road Cycle routes in the Shropshire,/North Wales areas .I would like to be able to combine walking my Dog/dogs with using my MTB which I haven't touched for some time, sort off killing two birds with one stone ! I've been playing with a GPS I recently purchased by Geo-caching and doing some local walking routes ( whilst walking the dogs) and am now pretty confident with it.In fact it will kill more than two birds with one stone, I'll get us from the GPS, my MTB, walk the dogs and get my lad out on his bike something we haven't done a lot of recently.
Any Ideas off sites where I can get off road routes from or routes you have done would be greatly appreciated. Me my lad and the dogs can cope with 25/30 miles ish at a push !

I can't help with GPS routes as I've never used one, but from my area can suggest The Long Mynd, the Mortimer Forest and the Wyre Forest as great places to take a mountain bike. In addition there are smaller venues such as Eastridge Woods and Bury Ditches. More info here, and here and here.
