Was at a junction and a car stopped to let me go.

I put my foot on the gas and I broke the pedal with the force.

Pedal has done about 7500 miles.

I bent one of those after just 15 miles, unfortunately it had been stored for a year unused so I could not send it back. Total junk, although the Max Carbons I have have been great.

Looks like one of the retaining p clips has given way allowing the whole thing to come apart. How old are they? I believe Look have a two year warranty on them?

@Cycleops unfortunately I can’t get on with shimano. 4 degree float is too little and 9 degree is too much whereas Look is 6/7 degrees and is perfect for me.

Look Keo offerings are:

Red: 9-degree movement
Grey: 4.5-degree movement
Black: 0-degree movement

Shimano’s SPD-SL offerings are:
Red: 0 movement.
Blue: 2 degree movement
Yellow: 6 degrees movement

I may have got the angles wrong but I can use the grey cleats quiet nicely.
