Longest Ride of the year?

304km, about 180 miles. I've ridden the route 4 times. I have no intention of riding a 400km or a 600km this year.

I also done circa 42% as a group ride which makes it a lot easier and less time consuming. I think my longest single solo trip this year was only 96miles. Hats off to everybody, whatever distance they've done

Yup... deffo! They were the hardest!

51.5miles but that's an improvement as I've been through my 35 mile barrier quite a few times this year quite comfortably.

Did my longest ride of the year and my life yesterday. 141 and a bit miles.

A flat route, I felt really good and could have carried on for longer but went home for my tea instead.

What's the difference between that and one ride with cafe stops?

My longest non stop was 130km (Etape Caledonian 4:20)

Less cafe stops dont do much really, if you carry enough food and water you dont need them.
Doing the ride on your own makes it harder i think.
