I think that one should have been called,

"The Almost Naked Bike Ride, (with the exception of an extremely small minority, but you can pretty much wear what ever you want and still take part), 2011.

Although that would be a bugger to fit on the advertising I'd guess

There was a guy on the Southampton ride who was comely naked....except for a helmet and Hi-Viz
