My neighbour's son has the chance to do some of the TDF stages before the race this year, but he doesn't have a road bike (he does loads of mountain biking and BMX).
I was wondering if there was any way we could arrange a loan bike for him, or should we just try to find a cheap one from somewhere?
He's 16 and about 5' - 5' 2" at a guess...
