I don't see a serial mentioned. Should be on BB. Very likely that frame serial will identify circa date of production and help narrow catalogue search for model. Agree looks like an Equipe. Should check out dwscrimshaw's serial number thread:
https://www.cyclechat.net/threads/holdsworth-frame-numbers.213102/
Here's link to his data and latest edition of prediction table. Has over 700 Holdsworth frames:

I've been working along with Dave and recently with PeachyPm of Retrobike have developed a Claud Butler prediction as well that is also now included in Dave's table. Here is pic of his latest Holdsworth/CB prediction table which could be subject to future updates:
Serial no. Is 33612. And does say Equipe on top tube decal. See pictures attached.

Predicts to early c.1969. Prediction not 100% and always need to asses along with history and frame features. However Kilgariff states model introduced 1969 which is helpful. Possible frame built in late 1968 as a 1969 model - commonly done. Unfortunately no 69 or 70 catalogues yet a available.

I’d think should have a curved brake bridge? as seems Holdsworth went straight on all models by 1974. Can’t see in pics.

Is there no BB oiler on underside of BB? Seems to have been phased out starting in 1968 as some have some don’t.

Curious, wonder if originally a 5 speed with present work around routing of FD cable under BB? Perhaps it has a FD cable stop on DT near BB that would have been used with Valentino FD? Don’t see in pics.

I’d guess omission of lamp post and pump pegs would have been a special request. Unfortunate we don’t have a 69 catalogue.

Did original owner describe changes he made to kit along way? Wonder if there is evidence of holes from a head badge originally?

So far pointing to a c.1969 Equipe.

Looking further at the nitty gritty of dwscrimshaw's serial Excel data, there are three Equipes ( 32231, 32239 and 32319) that presently date in his present prediction to late c.1967. Difficult to accept c.1967 even if these were several of the first Equipes ever produded, as we have good evidence from catalogues and Kilgariff's writing that first year for the Equipe model was 1969.

Dave also gives reference source to all the recorded serial data. For example, 32331 is from Retrobike thread in which original owner states purchased in '70 or "71: http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=352729
Also he has a later Equipe 36309 predicting to 1971 in apparent original kit and yet has a campagnolo hub nut dated 1972: https://www.bikeforums.net/classic-vintage/1140913-holdsworth-project.html

As stated by Dave, "Model Recognition Points & Years of Manufacture Plus any Documentation Should Take Precedent over These Predictions."
Thus, considering above appears more accurate to date Equipe 33612 as c.1970.

I'm sure at some point prediction will get a tweaking. Did original owner recollect year of purchase?

Yes there are headbadge holes in head tube. No he did not say about upgrades but I’m sure there were. He put on solid tyres as fed up with punctures when riding to work. Has a Shimano SIS rear derailleur and sure that was changed at some point.
