Like to get your money's worth (cleats)

I always leave it way too long to replace my cleats. This little blob of plastic has the potential to jam my she into the pedal so I can't get it out.

What have you been doing to that old cleat? Looks like you've been gnawing at it. You must have a good set of gnashers

the little bumpers on the heal and toe are long gone too
