Its alright, I could of been more helpful and put up a link to it. Its a lot better compared to the 400XL which i also own. Granted it can almost twice as expensive compared to the 400XL, but it throws out a hell of a lot of light. I have used my 400XL on the Dunwich Dynamo where i was smack bang in the middle of nowhere on unlit country roads when my magicshine died and the 400XL performed rather poorly. With the 400XL on max the furthest i could probably see was 10-15m in front of me and even then it was rather dim due to the spread.
You wont regret getting a Fluxient
Heres a link to the seller who i bought off ebay - Its £50 free p&p and comes with 2x3400mAh high capacity batteries. Cheapest package is £39 and comes with 1 single battery of a much lower capacity (2600mAh) -- I bought this £39 package because i already had two 3400mAh batteries that weren't getting any use.
Do note that even when this light its on its lowest setting it still throws out a silly amount of light.
Alternatively you can go with cheapo £5 cree lights on ebay -- a lot of people have great success with them though the issue with cree lights is quite often the LEDs used to make it dont match the advertised lumens, Its basically a product that has been made in someone's garage and totally unregulated. Still very bright but just because they claim its 1000 or 3000 lumens is probably a lot lot lower then that. I would only use cree lights for short commutes. I used to own quite a few of them but i have either sold them on or given them away. I think i still have one spare in the box where i keep most of my cycling junk
