I'm going, along with 2 other lasses from our cycle club, to the Breeze Cycle Leaders course.

So if you know any ladies in the south coast/sussex area that would like to get back on a bike, or just join in some friendly relaxed group rides...:bicycle:then point them this way!

Had a great day today, met up with some great folk, a few of us already new each other from Sportives/MTB events. I've got to redo my First Aid cert as mine runs out in Dec, but one of my comrades is fully cert'd so we're good to go!
There's a BC MTB leadesr course coming up & about half of us are be going on that too.

I forsee a HUGE swell in the female cycling population of the Home Counties pretty soon.

MrMag00, maybe i'll met up with your better half at one of the upcoming events they are running

And yes Gary..mad as a mad frog in mad frog suit!

Oooo i'm already planning routes & risk assemenst!!!

Got the dates for my First Aid course 8th & 22nd Nov, so can only act as an assistant til then..
Two of my friends did the course earlier this year and up & running, or should that be riding.?
Anyhoo...I'm off out as assistant on their Breeze ride today http://www.goskyride.com/Search/Details?eventid=3004

I'll be wearing part of the lovely kit British Cycling sent me...The T-shirt is the right size, just the jacket is about 2 sizes too small

i think this is great stuff FM, I hardly see any ladies on bikes up here which is such a shame.
Well done!

You've not seen me cycle past in a dress then ... then again you did say "Ladies"

Congrats FM .. another reason to escape the house work

Was damp & soggy today, couple of riders expected didn't show, but we still had a great time... did about 25 miles, I forgot to un-pause my gizmo after our cake stop, at The Tanhouse, officaily Surrey's best Farmshop, had riden about 2miles before i noticed.
