Lidl's selling Compression Clothing

Just spotted, Lidl's are selling compression kit from this Monday. Looking at the colour of it, you'd look like some Super Hero out of a Marvel comic.

I like the reference to "Reduces muscle vibration", I think in my case it refers to it helps stopping your fat bounce about

Aldi were selling compression socks a few weeks back at £2.99 I got a pair to try, they look a bit weird with Bib shorts though (I actually got a comment from a biker when we pulled up at lights) I think I'll save mine for winter or cool nights.

I went into aldi yesterday and they have compression top and shorts for £9.99 the pair. I bought 3 sets and wore one this morning and they are very nice.

Yes, I had DVT's when pregnant with 2 & 3, I have extremely 'thick' blood.
I have been advised to wear compression stuff whilst cycling.

Popped into Lidl for the socks & ended up buying the whole lot! And they are very comfy indeed LOL x

One of the side/after effects of a DVT is 'Restless legs syndrome' My legs get twitchy, especilay in the evening when i'm sitting down, Dr has advised I sit with my legs elevated & wear the socks (I needed a new settee last year, so bought a recliner) Make sure your MIL keeps her feet at hip level when resting, it will help stop the blood pooling in the lower extermities x
