Level One Ride Leader.

Hi all,

Just signed up for a British Cycling, Level 1 Ride Leader course. Hoping it is the first step taken to being able to help others enjoy cycling here on the Isle of Wight.

Anyone else done this course, and finding it useful to expand their horizons in cycling, and is there anything that might be useful to brush up on before I do the course?
