Mrs Spandex says you can not get whip lash from side impact it has to be from the back. As for them and there insurance company do not speek to them tell them to speek to your insurance company.

Cheers Spandex, I did think that but not even 40% sure. Bigger thanks to Mrs Spandex. The whole thing stinks in my opinion.
