A man at work once told me a joke that was so horrible that I couldn't believe that he had actually said it. It was so far beyond plain old 'offensive' that I was gobsmacked. It was clearly intended to be really shocking and the 'pleasure' for the teller of the joke would be in seeing the look of revulsion on the face of the person it was told to.

I'm not a big fan of disgust...

Hence mine was triggered by the 'laying laminate flooring' motif...
